Well-known fiddle picker Fred Dawson has died. Dawson was a loyal entertainer at Al's Barn at Munday and other regional venues for many years.
Dawson has been cremated.
Helping Hands Crisis Ministries will be having a dip and donate at Al's Barn at Munday on September 20 starting at 6 p.m. to assist with his medical and funeral expenses.
Al Hogan says,
"All pickers are welcome. Bring covered dishes and volunteers are appreciated."
