WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Preston Co. Shooting, Parkersburg Armed Robbery

PRESTON SHOOTING - Two Preston County residents have been arrested in a shooting in Bruceton Mills. The Preston County Sheriff's Department arrested Stephanie Marie Gentry-Russell, 32, and Michael Bryant Glenn, 30, for attempted first degree murder. The Sheriff's Department responded to the 5:15 a.m. Saturday shooting and discovered that Gentry-Russell and Glenn drove to Robert Beerbower's house with a firearm and damaged a vehicle belonging to his wife. Beerbower, 38, came out to investigate, he was shot twice in the abdomen. MCDOWELL MAN DEAD IN SHOOTING - Police say a dispute between two men in McDowell County left one dead and one facing murder charges. McDowell County deputies found Jessie Lee Owens, 25, of Iaeger dead. He had been shot in the head. Dwight Key II, 37, of Iaeger was arrested on charges of first degree murder. Police are not clear on what led to the shooting. PARKERSBURG ARMED ROBBERY - Parkersburg Police are investigating an armed robbery at an apartment complex. Police say two men entered a woman's apartment with a gun and left with a large sum of money. The victim did not recognize either of the men. Police say the men left the scene in a car leaving the victim unharmed.
