VEHICLES CRASH IN BLIND INTERSECTION NEAR HUR - Two Taken To Hospital

A car and truck collided in a sharp blind turn at the intersection of Dennis Fork and Barnes Run near Hur about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, sending at least two to the hospital. The occupants of the car were identified by sources at the scene as John and P. J. Coon and the occupants of the truck were identified as Chad Hughes and Taylor Green. Minnie Hamilton EMS took John Coon and Green to the hospital for treatment of lacerations and possible other injuries. The Grantsville VFD and State Police also responded to the incident.
