Glenn Stump, 62, is incarcerated in Central Regional Jail, with bail set at $60,000.

Cpl R. P. Smith alleges that Stump "sexually touched" his granddaughter, 18, and a juvenile granddaughter age 16.

A female told troopers that Stump said they should "go into the woods, build a cabin, and run away".

Stump is charged with two counts of third degree sexual abuse and two counts of sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust.
