The First Annual Minnie Hamilton Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, October 5 at Mingo Bottom Golf Course in Elizabeth WV.|
Proceeds from this tournament will benefit the Minnie Hamilton Building Fund. The current building, built in 1959 is completely outdated and no longer meets the needs of the community.
Golfers, sponsors, and local businesses who participate will win the satisfaction of helping Minnie Hamilton continue to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors and friends.
Shotgun scramble time is 10:00 AM. The registration fee of $45.00 includes the greens fees, golf cart and a pulled pork lunch with desserts.
There will be door prizes, raffles, longest drive contest, closest to the pin, putting Contest, 50/50 drawing and much more.
Sponsorship levels are Gold at $1000.00, Silver at $750.00, Bronze at $300, and hole sponsors at $100 and include various degrees of promotional consideration at the event. Already on board as a Gold Sponsor is Calhoun Bank, Thrasher, and Health Net Aeromedical Services, Wells Fargo Insurance, Amerinet and the West Virginia Hospital Association. In-kind gifts and prizes are also being sought from local businesses.
Since 1996, Minnie Hamilton Health System has played a necessary role in the community through its Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinics.
