Thomas C. Ullum, 60, was charged after he went to Furr's Detail Shop, a business location, Thursday afternoon and allegedly threatened individuals in the building with a gun, according to the complaint.

Cpl. J. B. Hunt said "Ullum had been extremely intoxicated all day."

Ullum is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $5,000.
