GILMER MEN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES

A Gilmer County man, James Lee Ash, 42, is facing several felony counts and has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. Police have charged Ash with a felon in possession of a firearm; breaking without entering; destruction of property and conspiracy to commit B & E. Bond has not been set. Gilmer authorities have charged James Allen Phillips, 38, with a felon in possession of a firearm; breaking without entering; destruction of property and conspiracy to commit B & E. Bond has not been set. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set. Also charged from Gilmer County, James Christopher Miller, 22, possessing a fireman with domestic violence petition in place, possession of marijuana. Miller is in Central Regional Jail with bond not set.
