(08/23/2013)
State Police in Nicholas County have arrested Wanda Faye Kiser, 61 (left) a Summersville woman, after finding the human remains of two people inside an unlocked storage unit.

Kiser allegedly had cashed retirement checks belonging to 105-year-old Mary Cobb and 84-year-old Wynona Delvecchio, both of Jasper, Ala., who authorities believe were the decomposed bodies in the unit.

Alabama authorities issued a warrant for 10 counts of forgery against Kiser on July 9.

Kiser had been released on home confinement, but took an overdose of pills before police could continue questioning her.

She was taken to a hospital, released and charged, now incarcerated.
