| Anna Mae Webb, 78, of Spencer, West Virginia passed away August 14, 2013 at the Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
She was born September 1, 1935 in Roane County, a daughter of the late Theodore and Wilma O'Brien Bowers. She was a homemaker who loved gardening and her many flowers.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Anna Lee and Terry Simms of Spencer; two grandchildren, Timothy Simms and Stormy Fields, both of Spencer; three great-grandchildren, River, Julian, and Josiah; three step-great-grandchildren, Alex, Isaac, and Ely; three sisters, Ruth Ann Mitchell and her husband, David of Bradenton, Florida, Betty J. Starcher and her husband, Cecil of Toledo, Ohio, and Millie Rogers of Spencer; one brother, Ted Bowers and his wife, Penny of Charleston, West Virginia; nieces, Shannon Riedmaier and Sheila Smeltzer and their children from Toledo, Margaret Hensley and her husband Junior and children from Newton, West Virginia; nephews, Richard Morehead and children from Bradenton, Devon Rogers and his wife, Nikki and children from Spencer and John Bowers from Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Webb and nephews, Robert J. Bowers and David R. Morehead.
Per her request, the body was cremated. Arrangements were made by the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME in Spencer.
