(08/09/2013)
Braxton County authorities have arrested a man wanted in Missouri on child abduction charges.

Robert Curtis Wilson, 44, is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $20,000.

The complaint says that Wilson had been ordered to take his child to Missouri in a child custody case.

He drove there from Pennsylvania to ask for an emergency protective order without the child, which was denied, and the arrest order was issued.

Wilson was stopped on I-79 near Burnsville.

Extradition to Missouri is pending.

A Braxton man, Jedediah Shane McCutcheon, 32, has been charged by Braxton authorities with threats of terrorist acts, a felony charge.

He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
