UPDATE:ARREST MADE, FOUR DEAD IN DRUG-RELATED CLARKSBURG SHOOTING - Two Innocent Bystanders Shot Dead

Harrison County authorities have arrested Sidney Muller, 27 (left) a Marine Corps veteran and charged him with four counts of first-degree murder for shooting four people in Clarksburg, including innocent bystanders, a father and son who were delivering newspapers.

Harrison County prosecuting attorney Joe Shaffer called it a "drug deal gone bad" in a section of Clarksburg well-known for drug activity.

The victims were identified as Christopher A. Hart, 26, and Todd Russell Amos, 29, both of Clarksburg.

The two innocent bystanders are Freddy Donald Swiger, 70, and his son Fred Swiger, 47, who were shot and killed while working their newspaper route.

ORIGINAL STORY - Four Harrison County residents have been shot to death, two of them by-standers, in a 4:30 a.m. shooting that police are saying is drug related.

Clarksburg police say a suspect is in custody.

The names of the two victims, described as innocent bystanders, are Fred and Freddy Swiger, who were in the area of the shooting delivering newspapers.

Harrison County Prosecutor Joe Shaffer told media that it was a drug deal that went wrong, happening in an area known for drug activity.

Two of the victims were found dead in the street, a third inside a house and the fourth victim died on the way to the hospital, according to WDTV.
