Area students attending West Virginia University were recently named to the President's and Dean's List for the spring 2013 semester.
Named to the President's list with a perfect 4.0 grade point average were:
Calhoun County - Michael Hicks of Millstone
Roane County - Trevor Cummings and Alexandra Garrett
Named to the Dean's list with a GPA of 3.5 or above:
Calhoun County - Allison Gumbarevic, and Ashley Houchin
Roane County - Rhett Atkins, Erika Bragg, Anastashia Cottrill, Katlynn Hildreth, Melanie Hussain, Carly Stover and Amanda West and Josh Samples
Both the President's and Dean's List are for undergraduates who completed 12 or more hours with no incomplete courses.
