LUNCH TIME SHOOTING - A 47-year-old man walked into a French Creek diner Saturday and ordered food.

He then told workers that he had been shot.

The State Police in Upshur County said the man was sent to Ruby Memorial Hospital by Healthnet.

Police said walked into Kay's Diner in French Creek and ordered food before telling workers he had been shot in the leg.

Police believe the shooter is on the loose.

UPDATE: Police are saying the man had shot himself several times with a BB gun. Police said they found Robert "Pee Wee" Williams vomiting and convulsing on the floor of the diner.

Workers at the diner said Williams ordered food and then told the workers to call his sister and tell her he had been shot.

CHARLESTON STABBING - A stabbing in Charleston sent one man to the hospital and another man to jail.

Police say the victim, Dallas "Bo" McGhee, was stabbed in his side, and taken to the hospital.

Police have arrested Roosevelt Walker, 72, in connection with the stabbing and charged him with malicious wounding.

The stabbing started as an argument between the two menm police saying McGhee had a baby with him at the time. The baby was taken to a grandmother's with Child Protective Services being notified.
