ROANE MAN JAILED ON METH CHARGES

Roane County authorities have arrested a Roane man for drug offenses with other charges. Justin Allen Lyons, 21, has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab, attempted escape of a felon and a conspiracy charge. Lyons is in Central Regional Jail Tuesday evening, with bond yet to be set.
