LONG TERM SERVANT TO CALHOUN VETS, PAUL WHYTSELL HAS PASSED

A memorial service will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Pictured (L-R) Keith Tanner Jr. Vice, Paul Whytsell Judge Adjutant, Bob Yoak Chaplin, and Scotty Mathess Post Commander honor Paul Whytsell for long service to veterans Paul Whytsell, 84, a veteran of the Korean War and a Pleasant Hill merchant, has passed. In 2013 he was honored at a meeting of the Grantsville VFW Post 5959 for his past and present service to the post. Paul had been a Life Member of the post for many years, serving several office's including Post Commander. He was presented with a VFW Certificate of Appreciation and a handmade Post 5959 cane for all his years of service to the community.
