CLAY MAN SHOT TO DEATH IN GARDEN

A Clay County has been shot to death, a homicide according to the WV State Police. The victim has been identified as Clarence Jack Stone, 65, of Indore. Stone was found shot to death Tuesday in a garden on Sycamore Street in Hartland. Reports say the man was shot several times. More to follow...
