MT. ZION PSD SUED BY FORMER SERVICE PROVIDER

The Mt. Zion Public Service District is facing a civil suit, requesting judgment in the amount of $51,654 filed by B & T Battery, A company operated by Harold "Dick" Ullum and Tom Fluharty. The suit contends the Mt. Zion PSD breached a contractual agreement made with B & T Battery, which provided a multitude of services to the PSD. The financially strapped PSD, according to records, had been attempting to pay for the services, but according to the suit, defaulted in paying the provider.
