| Kanawha sheriff's deputies are trying to figure out how a woman was stabbed near Belle.
A woman was stabbed three times at a shopping plaza. the suspect running away.
West Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous confirmed that a State Police helicopter and K-9 unit also assisted with the search.
Kanawha County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Mike Rutherford said.
"She's changed her story several times. There are multiple inconsistencies and statements that she's given."
