CAR ROLL-OVER ON NICUT ROAD RESULTS IN DUI ARREST

Emergency responders went to a single-vehicle accident on Nicut Road-Mount Run intersection Wednesday night at 9:45 p.m. The auto reportedly crashed on its side with the driver extracting himself. State Police arrested Jackie N. Lane, 61, charging him with 2nd offense DUI, driving suspended revoked, no insurance, expired registration. He was taken to Central Regional Jail. MHHS ambulance and the Upper West Fork VFD responded to the scene. State Police are investigating.
