Patricia Jean Dye Starcher, 64 - Parkersburg

Patricia Jean Dye Starcher, 64, of Parkersburg, passed away May 5, 2013, at Ohio Valley Health Care in Parkersburg.

She was born May 20, 1948, in Grantsville, W.Va., a daughter to the late Dale and Oleta Burrows Dye. She was a retired Administrative Assistant for the State of West Virginia.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Starcher; sons, Jay F. Starcher (Brandi) of Parkersburg and Jeffrey S. Starcher (Mendi) of Winfield; daughter, Jill L. Starcher (Mike Postick) of Charlotte, N.C.; brothers, Richard Dye (Carrie) and Bob Dye (Garnet); sisters, Phyllis Harvey (Larry), Melba Starcher (Kenny) and Karen Nichols (Eddie); grandchildren, Brady Starcher, Tyson Graham, Wesley Starcher, Tori Ellis, Madison Starcher, Hannah Starcher and Joey Starcher; a special niece, Margie Starcher; and a host of other extended family and friends.

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Mike Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
