Two Ritchie County men are in North Central Regional Jail, charged with brandishing a deadly weapon.
Ritchie County authorities arrested Ricky Allen Koch, 51, Tuesday.
Also charged with the same offense, Robert Eugene Koch, 56.
Bail is set at $1,000 each. |
