GILMER MAN IN CRJ ON METH CHARGES

Gilmer County authorities have arrested a Gilmer man related to meth-making. James Lee Ash, 42, is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $150,000. Ash is charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab. He is also facing one charge of conspiracy.
