WVU REACHES RECORD ENROLLMENT - Promise Scholarships Does The Trick

West Virginia University will have a record number of freshmen, the largest class since 1989, mostly due to Promise Scholarships. Overall enrollment at WVU will exceed 23,000. Promise Scholarships account for 1,500 or 40% of the freshman class of 3,800.
