The walls are rising on the new $8.3 million Arnoldsburg Elementary School, replacing the current school built in 1951 on the flood plain A new WV-DHHR office building is nearing completion at the Industrial Park about a mile east of Grantsville, off State Rt. 5, the cost of the project is not known
