DUMP TRUCK CRUNCHES PARKED CAR - Strikes Reed's Store At Five Forks

A large dump truck failed to negotiate a sharp turn at Reed's Store at Five Forks early Wednesday morning, crashing into a parked auto and striking the store.

The driver was not injured.

The truck was traveling north on State Route 16 in a sharp turn which has been the site of numerous accidents.

The parked car was heavily damaged. Euna Reed, owner of the store said there was some damage to the building.

Calhoun EMS responded with the Grantsville VFD at 6:45 a.m. Sheriff Allen Parsons is investigating.
