Auto came to rest along Route 16

A late model car driven by April Roberts, 19, went out of control Tuesday evening on State Route 16 at Chloe, causing the Grantsville woman to be taken to Roane General Hospital for evaluation.

The Robert's vehicle went through a trash bin and fence traveling across the Allen family yard, before coming to a rest.

Calhoun EMS and the Upper West Fork VFD responded at 8 p.m., near the entrance to the fire department's station.
