UPDATE: MILLER COUPLE CHARGED IN GILMER FOR METH MAKING

A Gilmer County couple have been charged related to meth making and have been incarcerated in Central Regional jail.

State Police pulled over a speeding car that ended with the arrests.

James Christopher Miller, 22, has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and conspiracy to commit a felony.

He is being held on $110,000 bail.

Brittiny Denise Miller, 20, has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Police said when they approached the car they noticed an odor coming from inside.

Brittiny Miller told police that she had bought ingredients for James Miller to make meth in the past, police saying James Miller admitted to selling meth.

She is being held on $100,000 bail.
