THREE ARRESTED FOR BRAXTON CO. AUTO ARSON

Three people have been charged in connection with a Braxton County arson incident earlier this year, according to the state fire marshal.P> Barbara Jeffers and Willard Jeffers of Hamlin and Doug Jeffers of Huntington have been arrested and charged with third-degree arson and conspiracy to commit a felony. Investigators say the trio set their car on fire in a hotel parking lot in February , indicating they believe they were trying to get insurance money. All are in the Western Regional Jail in Cabell County.
