Larry Travis Copen, Brandi Sue Litton Jessica Nicole Lilly, Robert Eugene Short Four Clay County residents have been charged related to meth making. They are in Central Regional Jail. They are charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab. - Larry Travis Copen, 31, bail set at $150,000. - Brandi Sue Litton, 33, bail set at $150,000. - Jessica Nicole Lilly, 24, bail set at $150,000. - Robert Eugene Short, 35, bail set at $75,000.
