WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Drugs And Guns, Police Make Morgantown Arrests

Morgantown police found heroin, 37 grams of crack cocaine, more than 61 grams of Hydrocodone, and $1,300 in cash and two guns in a Super Eight motel room, and have arrested four people who were staying in the room. According to a criminal complaint, investigators got a call that a man inside a car had pointed a gun at someone at a Morgantown gas station, which led police to the motel. The four are in North Central Regional Jail. BUCKHANNON MAN FIRES GUN AT PEOPLE - A Buckhannon man has been arrested after officers said he apparently fired a gun in a home with several people, including three children. Bradley Bennett, 31, reportedly fled from the the home before deputies arrived on scene. Bennett was stopped a short time later on Route 33 and arrested. MAN HELD-UP - A person was robbed at gunpoint at Cross Lanes, Kanawha County. A Kanawha 911 dispatcher said someone held up the victim at the Dalewood Drive trailer park about 3 a.m. The suspect reportedly got away with cash. Kanawha County sheriff's deputies are investigating.
