PRE-TRIAL HEARING TODAY FOR WILLIAM SETH DENMARK

A pre-trial hearing is set for 10 a.m. today for William Seth Denmark in Grantsville.

Denmark will appear before Judge David W. Nibert.

He is charged with the murder of teen David Beach.

The state is represented by prosecutors Shannon Johnson and Josh Downey and the defense attorneys are Lee Benford and Barbara Harmon Schamberger.

The case is set for trial on April 23.
