Becky was an LPN. She was a long time employee of Roane General Hospital, Spencer. She was a graduate of the Arch A. Moore, Jr. Vo-Tech Center and Spencer High School.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Carpenter of Spencer; two sons, Chad Carpenter of Spencer and Jason Carpenter of Hardington OH; four grandchildren, Maddison Starr Carpenter, Timothy Michael Carpenter, Lane Charles Carpenter and Christopher John Carpenter; two brothers, Edward Price of Spencer and Mike Price of Murrell's Inlet SC; one sister, Patty Schoolcraft of Gandeeville WV.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleon Price and Doris Haddox Price Carper; one sister, Judy Price.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10 in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Justin S. Simmons officiating. Burial will be in the Spencer Memorial Cemetery, Spencer. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
