Cara Lea Hunt Fugh, 70 - Orlando FL

Cara Lea Hunt Fugh, 70, died February 23, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. Cara was the daughter of the late Albert and Cressie (Minney) Hunt.

Cara's maternal grandparents were Ira and Myrtle (Meadows) Minney. Ira's parents were Sylvester David and Annetta (Rogers) Minney.

Her paternal grandparents were William Henderson "Buddy" Hunt and Cynthia Elizabeth (Cox) Hunt. They are buried in the Cottrell Cemetery on Frozen of Calhoun County. Buddy's parents were Aaron & Almira (Cottrell) Hunt.

Cara was born at Frozen, Calhoun County, West Virginia. but moved at a young age to Hyndman, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school she worked in Washington, DC where she married Lawrence Fugh. They retired and moved to Orlando, Florida.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Fugh; and son, Kenny Fugh both of Orlando, Florida.

She is also survived by her brother Vernon D. Hunt (Kay) of Schellsburg PA; one nephew, Aaron D. Hunt (Patricia) of State College PA; a great nephew Aden Barry Hunt and a great niece Eva Kava Hunt; two uncles, Don Lambert of Windham Ohio; C.A. Minney of Spencer WV; and an aunt, Darlie Schoolcraft of Dalton Ohio.

She was a devoted wife, daughter and mother. She took in her mother in 1990 and cared for Cressie until her death in 2004. Cara did crocheting and cross stitching and had a collection of ceramic doll heads and Candlewick glassware. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cara had an abiding Christian faith and lived it every day. She attended the Fellowship Bible Church in Orlando.

She was cremated.
