WEST VIRGINIANS WILL BENEFIT FROM $250,000 SETTLEMENT

West Virginia has received nearly $250,000 from a settlement between Constellation and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission over the company's alleged manipulation of the wholesale energy market. That money is being placed in Dollar Energy Fund, Inc. The fund will distribute the money through its West Virginia Utility Assistance Program. Low-income residents in West Virginia will benefit from the settlement.
