STUDENT STABBING DEATH - A student who police say stabbed a classmate to death at a Tygarts Valley High School football game last fall has been now been charged with murder.

A Randolph County grand jury indicted 17-year-old Dailey resident Thomas Chevy Vas in the stabbing death of Dustin White, 17, last October.

The stabbing occurred just outside the stadium in Mill Creek about 20 minutes before a game between Tygarts Valley and Hundred High School.

SHOTS FIRED - Reports of shots fired Wednesday afternoon at Charleston's East End led to a police response.

Police say at least one gunshot was fired in the parking lot of the Capitol Car Wash, the bullet going through a car window and entering a headrest.

No one was injures reported. Police are still trying to figure out why the shot was fired.

SHOTS FIRED - Huntington Police say a light skin black male wearing a camo jacket opened fire at dark SUV Wednesday at 4 p.m.

Police say no victims have been located and the case is ongoing.
