A Creston man has been charged with over-purchasing an over-the-counter drug that is used in the making of meth.

Robby F. Lamp, 48, exceeded the amount allowed by WV Code of pseudophedrine in a 30 day period.

Lamp, according to a criminal complaint issued by Grantsville Police Chief Andy Walker, was purchasing the drug at the J & B Pharmacy in Grantsville on January 28, after earlier making a purchase at Grantsville's Rite-Aid Pharmacy.
