GASOLINE PRICES INCHING TOWARD $4 GALLON IN WV

Gasoline prices in West Virginia have risen for the fifth straight week, inching toward $4 gallon.

The price of a gallon of regular gas in the state is up 2 cents to $3.88 average.

Prices range from $3.81 in Clarksburg to $3.99 in Martinsburg.

Drivers in Hawaii, California, Washington, D.C., and New York are now paying more than $4 per gallon.
