Police are reporting a shoot-out in Glenville at 1:30 Sunday morning.

West Virginia State Police arrested one man and are looking for another after a report of gunfire erupting after a fight at the Main Street Bar and Grill in Glenville.

A 911 call reported a fight at the bar, with State Police and Glenville Police responding.

State Police are saying at least two men exchanged gunfire, but no injuries were reported, according to a criminal complaint.

Deandre Williams, 25, was charged with wanton endangerment and taken to Central Regional Jail, Williams claiming he was shot at outside the bar and he returned gunfire with a .45 pistol in his defense.

Police discovered Williams in the kitchen of the bar, seizing his weapon and handcuffing him.

Police found shell casings from another weapon in the area.

Williams told officers "a big fight broke out at the bar," saying he was not part of the fight, indicating a number of people left the bar after the fight, including himself.

Williams, a black male, according to the complaint, said that he walked back to the bar, and while passing through a Sunoco parking lot he saw 10-15 black males, one of which said, "Isn't that one of them?"

The complaint says while Williams was advising them he was not involved in the fight, "One of the individuals stepped forward and that he saw flashes and realized he was being shot at."

Williams said he drew his weapon and returned fire at the individual, says the complaint, after which the group dispersed and went back into the bar.

In the criminal complaint signed by Trooper F. L. Raynor, none of the individuals in the group of other shooters have yet been identified.
