TWO ARRESTED IN ROANE ON DRUG CHARGES

Two people from Roane County have been arrested over the weekend on drug charges. Wilfredo Pena Franciso-Diego, 26, has been felony charged with delivery of marijuana and conspiracy to commit a felony. He is being held at Central Regional Jail on $20,000 bond. Brandy Nicol McKinney, 27, has been felony charged with delivery of marijuana, conspiracy to commit a felony and driving revoked. She is in Central Regional Jail on $5,500 bond.
