NOTICE: HUR HERALD NOT UPDATED BECAUSE FRONTIER BROADBAND PROBLEMS

Hur Herald could not be updated Friday and AM Saturday because of Frontier broadband problems. Broadband speeds have been below dial-up standards for three days, and at times no access at all. If updates do not appear, it is because of access.
