ROGERS RE-INDICTED IN DEATH OF TWO-MONTH-OLD DAUGHTER - Kreh Will Be Sentenced In February

A Calhoun man was re-indicted Wednesday by a Calhoun grand jury, related to the death of his two-month-old daughter in 2012.

Ordie Jackson Rogers, 32, of Chloe, has now been indicted with one count of child abuse resulting in death.

Rogers' previous indictment was called into question related to problems over its' presentment to a grand jury last year.

Ashley Kreh, 21, mother of the child, agreed to a plea deal last fall.

Kreh was indicted on one count of murder in the 2nd degree and one count of child abuse resulting in death. She has been held in Central Regional Jail on $750,000 bond She will be sentenced on Feb. 25, 2013.
