MAN MURDERED FATHER - A Preston County man shot and killed his father Tuesday morning, according to a criminal complaint. Police say Robert Dale Tasker shot his father in the Cranesville area of the county. The victim has been identified as William Howard Tasker Jr. A motive has not been released, but the complaint suggests Robert Tasker went to his father's home intending to kill him. Tasker has admitted to the crime. LOGAN COUNTY MURDER - An elderly man in Logan has been identified as a murder victim in the city of Logan. The body of Grover Morrison, in his 80s, was found Tuesday inside a home. Police say say Morrison's car, a 2012 Buick Lucerne, is missing. No other details available.
