FOUR ROANE MEN ARRESTED ON THEFT CHARGES

L-R - Bartsch, Lyons, Kennedy Four Roane County men have been arrested on charges related to theft. All are incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. Jaret Nicholas Bartsch, 23, has been charged with daytime burglary and grand larceny. His bond has not been set. Justin Allen Lyons, 21, has been charged with petit larceny and conspiracy. Bond is set at $10,000. Donald Eugene Kennedy, 23, has been charged with petit larceny and conspiracy. Bond has been set at $10,000. A third man, Charles B. Burke, 31, was arrested later by Roane authorities and charged with grand larceny. Roane authorities have arrested Russell Wayne Rhodes, 52, and charged him with 3rd offense DUI. He is in Central Regional Jail on $10,000 bond.
