Nelle C. Bailey, 98, of Ft. Myers, FL, died December 23, 2012, in Hope Hospice, Cape Coral, Florida. She was born April 2, 1914, at Stinson WV a daughter of the late Friend M. and Mary F. Jarvis Metheny. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Cdr. Ronzell L. Bailey in 1993; a son, Maj. Fred E. Bailey in 1973. Mrs. Bailey was a Baptist. Survivors include a grandson, Jim Bailey; a granddaughter, Dana Beauvais; sisters, Iris Creamer and Sara Bise; three great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held January 2 at 11:00 a.m. in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer, with the Rev. Michael F. "Mike" King officiating. John H.
