WV ROAD IMPROVEMENT BOND SURFACING

(12/27/2012)
Charleston is reportedly contemplating the floating of a bond to keep the Mountain State roads from further deterioration.

One option is a $1 billion to $1.5 billion road bond. West Virginia Transportation Secretary Paul Mattox floated the ideal earlier this year.

The state's roads and bridges, by most accounts, are in the worst disrepair in modern times.
