As bomb scares plague WV schools this week, there was a flare-up on social media in Calhoun.

Alleged threats made toward Calhoun Middle-High School were no more than rumors circulated on Facebook, according to Roger Propst, Calhoun Superintendent of Schools.

Propst said the school system began looking at reports about such threats earlier in the week, and found them to be no more than rumors circulating on social media.
