FUNERAL SERVICES SET FOR ALLEN SMITH II, 33 - Former Calhoun Man Perishes In Roane Crash

Funeral services for a former Calhoun man who died in a vehicle crash in Roane County on US 119 near Speed on December 2, have been set. Services for Allen Dewayne Smith II, 33, of Spencer will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg with the Rev. Greg Swisher officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Authorities say Smith died when his vehicle reportedly plunged into a creek, a short distance from Spencer. He formerly resided of Altizer Rd. out of Arnoldsburg in the Rocksdale-Richardson area.
