CHARLESTON MURDER - A man was murdered in a shooting on Charleston's West Side early Wednesday.

Police responded to a domestic call about 2 a.m. finding the body of Clinton "Blue" Green, 39, in the street.

It was Charleston's sixth murder in 2012.

Police are not releasing details about the incident, and no arrest has been made.

SUTTON MAN'S THROAT CUT - An altercation between two Braxton County men led to the arrest of one and the hospitalization of the other.

911 received a call that a man had been cut in the throat and was last seen running down the alley behind the Elk Theater.

State Police and Braxton County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the call.

Police learned that the victim went to the hospital. He was identified as Roger Furby, Jr. of Rosedale.

Police arrested the assailant, whose name was not available.
