WIRT'S OPERATING LEVY GOES DOWN AGAIN

Wirt Counties operating levy has barely failed to reach a 60% margin for approval: For the Levy 1,247 59%; Against the Levy 874 41%. The operating levy has been an issue to save the county from constitutional default as a county. The county, without the levies passage, will struggle to maintain itself. Wirt Commission: (R) Robert Lowe, Jr. 1,372 64%; (D) Pat Fulmer Graph 780 36%. Wirt Prosecutor - (R) Ted Davitia 1,193 63%; (D) Leslie Maze 696 37%. Wirt Sheriff - (R) D. Keith Wilson, Jr. 1,086 50%; (D) Andy Cheuvront 1,069 50%. Wirt Magistrate (two to be elected) (R) C. David Roberts 1,533 42%; (D) Janey Wigal 1,229 34%; (R) Reggie Grimmett 25%.
