Charles William Starcher, 64 - Millstone

Charles William Starcher, 64, of Millstone, West Virginia, passed away at his home on October 24, 2012 following a long illness.

He was born in Barberton Ohio, a son of Charles Starcher and the late Betty Jean Draker Starcher.

He worked as an oil field worker for most of his life.

He is survived, in addition to his father, by his son, Robert (Lorna) Starcher of Reedy WV; former wife and long-time friend and caregiver, Karen Carter of Millstone; grandchildren, Brian and Tasha Norman of Reedy; sisters, Diane Murphy and Candy (Brian) Summers all of Arnoldsburg WV; brothers, Fred (Paula) Starcher and Terry (Sue) Naylor all of Arnoldsburg, Gary (Nancy) Starcher of Burning Springs WV, Joe Naylor of Millstone, Stanley Starcher of Glenville WV, Charlie E. Starcher, Dana Starcher, and Randy Starcher, all of Arnoldsburg; many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death, in addition to his mother, by his sister Kathy Gwen Starcher and brother Gary Starcher.

There will be no public services. A private family gathering is planned at a later date. The Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg is in charge of arrangements.
